Our combo: Cortisol Testosterone

During training, the balance of our hormones such as cortisol or testosterone (in both men and women) can vary depending on the intensity of the exercise. Regular monitoring of these hormones is an excellent tool for optimising training and identifying sessions that could have a negative effect on our body.

The test is carried out in our laboratory in Fribourg, the result is returned to you after a maximum of 7 working days.

This kit includes: a saliva collection tube, a saliva collection tool “SalivaBio”, sampling instructions, a return bag, a prepaid return envelope.
